Perchè un paese di montagna... la tradizione del pesce?

La storia dei nevaroli risale a un tempo non troppo lontano, dal paese di Carpineto Romano.
Per lungo tempo ci si è chiesti come un paese relativamente piccolo potesse avere un numero di pescherie di gran lunga al di sopra della media rispetto agli abitanti presenti nell'aglomerato urbano.
